*** PTFA 1 to 750 Draw Launch ***
We were very excited today in school to launch our latest PTFA fundraising initiative: 1 to 750 Draw.
The draw will be made in school on Friday 21st June. The prize breakdown is as follows:
1st - £500, 2nd - £150, 3rd - £100, 4th - £50 and 5th - £25.
The concept is simple but brilliant. There are 750 tickets numbered 001 to 750. Ticket 001 costs 1p and ticket 750 costs £7.50. So the cheapest ticket in the draw is 1p and the most expensive is £7.50. Ticket 058 is 58p, ticket 236 is £2.36, Ticket 573 is £5.73 and so on.
So you could be lucky enough to pick out the 1p ticket and win the top prize of £500 with it. That is the beauty of this concept.
We will be selling these tickets over the next three months. Each PTFA member will be acting as a seller and they will also be available to buy in the school office.
With the proceeds of this draw we will be in a position to buy a third state of the art SMART Board which will be installed in the Foundation/KS1 class.
A huge thank you goes to Ms Wilcox and four of our pupils (pictured) for all the prep work they put in this last week in anticipation for the draw launch.
